This site publishes practical art-writing and attribution guidance under the responsibility of Roksana Rublevska. This policy explains how articles are written, checked, sourced, translated, corrected, and updated.
Authorship and review
Roksana writes or substantially edits and personally reviews each editorial article unless a page prominently discloses a different workflow. AI-assisted research pages are published under Roksana Rublevska’s responsibility; those pages identify the study owner, the work performed by AI, and any missing human or expert validation. A named byline or organization identifies the party responsible for the published text.
Sources and fact-checking
Externally verifiable claims are checked against direct evidence. Roksana prefers primary and authoritative sources: museums, universities, government and cultural bodies, professional associations, original publications, catalogue records, and the author's published reporting. Secondary sources are used when they add necessary context or when a primary record is unavailable. AI output is never treated as a source.
Sources are linked beside the claim when the reader needs immediate support and listed under “Sources and further reading” when they underpin the article more broadly. Publication dates are included when they are available. A link documents the source consulted; it does not imply that the source endorses the conclusions or services published here.
Claims, observations, and examples
Published standards and external facts are distinguished from Roksana's professional observations and editorial recommendations. First-person accounts are labelled “Professional observation.” Identifying details in client or market cases may be withheld or changed; these are labelled “Anonymized case.” Invented wording used to demonstrate a writing technique is labelled “Illustrative example.” Direct quotations remain attributed and linked to their original publication where available.
Corrections
If you find an error, email brandstory.tech@proton.me with the page URL, the passage in question, and supporting evidence. Factual errors are corrected promptly. A correction that changes the substance of an article is disclosed on the page; silent changes are limited to spelling, grammar, formatting, and broken links.
Material updates and dates
An article's “materially updated” date changes only when its visible guidance, evidence, examples, or conclusions change. Republishing, styling changes, metadata-only edits, and minor corrections do not reset that date.
Translations
Spanish pages translate for meaning rather than copying word for word. Roksana reviews translations of her editorial articles against the English source. A research translation produced under a different disclosed workflow must preserve the same dataset, numbers, limitations, and source trail and must not be presented as a second study.
Client confidentiality
Roksana does not publish confidential client information, non-public ownership histories, sale terms, or identifying details from private attribution work without permission. Cases used for education are either already public, explicitly authorized, anonymized, or presented as composite examples. An anonymized case should not be read as an independently verifiable record of one identifiable transaction.
AI assistance
AI may help with structure, editing, translation, source discovery, and disclosed research workflows. AI output is never treated as a factual source. Any page that was not independently reviewed by a human says so prominently and describes its validation limits.
Commercial independence
Articles may link to relevant services on this site. These links do not change the evidence standard. Roksana does not accept payment for inclusion in editorial recommendations; any future sponsorship or affiliate relationship will be disclosed beside the relevant content.
