Brand Storytelling for Creative Businesses

Brand stories, website copy, and naming for creative businesses across Europe, the Americas, and beyond.

Most creative businesses know they have a story, they just cannot find it, because the About page sounds like every other About page and the manifesto reads like a mission statement lifted from a corporate handbook. The real story, the one that would actually make someone choose you over the studio down the street, sits buried under safe language and borrowed phrases that could describe anyone.

That is the part I do. I find the story your brand already has, the one hiding in how you started and why you kept going, and I write it so the right people stop scrolling and pay attention.

What You Get

I come from art journalism, not advertising, which means I learned to find stories in places that do not give them up easily: an artist's studio, a gallery opening, a collector's private archive. The same skill applies to your brand, because the story is already there in what you make and how you got here. My job is to find it and write it so people care.

Telling Your Story to Two Markets at Once

Creative businesses rarely stay in one market anymore. A studio in Barcelona sells to clients in New York, a brand built in Mexico City wants to be read in English, and a story that lands in one language too often goes flat when it is simply translated word for word. I write brand stories, website copy, and taglines in English and Spanish, with additional capacity in Ukrainian and Russian, so your voice stays recognisably yours in both languages rather than turning stiff the moment it crosses a border.

That matters most for naming and tone of voice, where a word that sings in one language can land wrong in another. Working with one writer across both versions means the brand reads as a single, deliberate voice everywhere it appears, instead of an original and a slightly-off copy.

How It Works

1

Tell me about your business

Send me an email with what you need. A brand story, website copy, a naming project. Anything you have already (old copy, a pitch deck, your competitors' sites) helps.

2

We dig in together

I start with a questionnaire and a call. I want to understand what you do, who you serve, and what makes you different. Not what you think makes you different. What actually does.

3

You get your story

Within 3 to 6 weeks, you receive polished copy ready to publish. Every deliverable includes one round of revisions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between brand storytelling and copywriting?

Copywriting sells a product or service directly. Brand storytelling builds the larger narrative: who you are, why you exist, and what makes you different. One gets clicks. The other builds loyalty. You usually need both.

How long does a brand story project take?

Most brand storytelling projects take 3 to 6 weeks. This includes research, interviews, drafts, and revisions. Smaller deliverables like a manifesto or an About page can be done in 1 to 2 weeks.

Do I need a brand story if I already have a website?

Having a website is not the same as having a story. If your About page sounds like it could belong to any business in your field, you do not have a brand story yet. You have a description.

How much does it cost?

A brand story starts from €800, website copy from €1,200, naming with tone of voice from €1,500, and an About page or manifesto from €600. The price depends on scope, since a single About page is different from a full brand narrative with naming and tone of voice. Each project gets a proposal within 48 hours of your first email.
